Altitude Testing

Simulated altitude testing can be performed at levels of up to 50,000 feet.

High Voltage Microwave and RF Testing

Teledyne MEC has over 75 high voltage test stations used in the testing of its products. Testing may be pulsed or continuous wave with typical parameters of 12 kV at 1 A continuous operation. The stations can also be used to recondition or verify electron devices made by other manufacturers with a temperature/altitude capability available "at the bench."

Temperature and Humidity Testing

Teledyne MEC has temperature cycling chambers with the following capabilities:

• Maximum dimensions: 24 in x 24 in x 22 in
• Temperatures range: -54 to + 110 Degrees Centigrade
• Humidity: up to 95% (one of three chambers)

Vibration

Teledyne MEC has a vibration test set capable of accommodating samples of up to 30 lbs and testing in the following modes:

• Random noise (15 g max)
• Shock (30 g max)
• Sine (profiled versus frequency)
